For lo these many years, Brother Bill “Pappy” Rubinsky has singlehandedly kept alive the spirit, brotherhood and good bullshit that we all shared as AEPis at The University of Texas. His efforts have led to a stronger, closer community and kept us in touch with each other after decades. We’ve also gotten to know Brothers who we may otherwise never have gotten to know.
Yes, we’ve come to rely on Pap to give us the poop.
But this job is much too big for one man alone. We can all take part in this process right here on TexasApes.com!
